Terms & Conditions

Please be advised that by booking you are in agreement with all the Terms and conditions.

Deposit: A 50% rescheduling is taken at the time of booking. Please be advised that this is non-refundable.

Arrival: Please may we ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment. This is to ensure clients before you are not disrupted.

Rescheduling: Please note that we allow clients to reschedule once, if you need to reschedule after this you will be charged a 25% rescheduling fee.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be sent via email or via the booking system at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a loss of deposit

No shows will be charged the full treatment price

Late Policy: We have a strict 15 minute late policy, if you arrive within this window your appointment will still go ahead but the time may be deducted. We understand that lateness may be out side of your control therefore we ,ay offer waive this with discretion.

Should your appointment be cancelled due to lateness, a 25% rescheduling fee will be required in order to reschedule. This will need to be paid prior to booking your new appointment.

Plus ones are not permitted during your appointment.

All clients must be over the age of 18.
